Kevin Bryan

Kevin Bryan has created EqUniVal Partners LLC as the next step in a distinguished career as a nationally recognized leader in using the power of collaboration to fashion equitable public policy in the environmental arena. Kevin has over twenty years of experience shaping public policy at the federal, state, and local levels that reflects the shared values for inclusivity, opportunity, and a sustainable future.

His professional career includes experience leading and building donor bases for national coalition efforts, developing organizational strategy, fostering collaboration within and between organizations, and communicating new ideas and pragmatic solutions to diverse audiences.

In his work, Kevin brings a vision-centric approach to decision making, strategic planning, and operational and financial management that has produced bold, system-level change in integrating social equity issues into broad policy agendas.

Phil Jordan

Philip Jordan is the Vice-President of BW Research Partnership, leading the firm’s Massachusetts office. His work focuses on the impact of talent on economic prosperity and sustainable communities, and his personal passion is developing solutions that provide expanded opportunities for the most difficult-to-serve populations. 

Jordan has extensive experience studying the innovation economy, in particular, clean energy and ICT. He has authored dozens of reports including The Solar Foundation's annual Solar Jobs Census, the Natural Resource Defense Council's American Wind Farms Report, Solar and Wind Labor Market Analyses for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, statewide clean energy studies for nine states, and numerous local reports for workforce boards, community colleges, and municipalities. He recently published a book with Elsevier on the global solar industry.

Jordan has worked in private industry, academia, and government, including the California Community Colleges, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States Senate.

Matt Mansfield

Matt Mansfield is the CEO of MG Strategy + Design; he leads projects and works hands-on with both clients and internal teams. Matt has led content, design, multimedia, and product teams at CQ Roll Call, the San Jose Mercury News, and National Geographic. He taught as a professor and program leader at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Matt also serves on the leadership team of M. Harris & Co. in Chicago as a partner in building its growing design practice.

Matt has significant experience in the climate and energy space with such clients as the EFI Foundation, Mission Possible Partnership, Energy Futures Finance Forum, Climate Advisers, Orbitas, Current, Great Lakes ReNEW, Systemiq, and RMI. 

Matt received the  Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society for News Design and was celebrated as a design pioneer, a lifelong volunteer, and a mentor to a generation of creative professionals.

Boriana Strzok

Boriana Strzok is is Founder and CEO of 5IVE – a social impact and innovation agency that works at the intersection of human-centered design, community activation, branding, and systems change. Boriana’s unique set of expertise range from strategic planning and brand development to business innovation, product design, movement building, advocacy and integrated marketing. Throughout her career she has transformed many organizations into powerful brands and omni-channel campaigns into immersive brand experiences. As a nationally and globally recognized leader, she is known for her ability to challenge the status quo, and her passion for systems transformation, philanthropy and social justice is reflected in all of her work across a diverse list of clients like: Georgetown Law Initiative on Gender Justice & Opportunity, Sephora (Racial Bias in Retail), Just Detention International, Clean Air Task Force, United States of Care, Center for Reproductive Rights, Unrestrict Minnesota, and many more.

Boriana holds a degree in design and entrepreneurial studies from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and has taught classes as an adjunct faculty in the Advertising, Entrepreneurial Studies and Graphic Design programs of her alma mater. She has been featured as a speaker and recognized with numerous industry awards.
